Wherever the Catholic sun doth shine, there's dancing, laughter & good red wine; at least I have always found it so, Benadicamus Domino! Hilaire Belloc

Before I comment, I would like to state I am Catholic and more conservative than liberal. Anne Coulter seems to have this "us" and "them" attitude almost every time she speaks. While I believe this occurs between many conservatives as well, I do believe the hatred from Ms Coulter and her audacity to speak about it,is why she is loved. It sells! People seem to like the separation from "others" in society. Maybe it makes them feel safe. This is very sad, and anything but love and humility, or Christian. This is an attitude or ideology that leads others to hate. I do not believe this is Christian and I do not believe this brings peace. As Christians we should pray for all our brothers and sisters with love. I believe we have yet understood the message of Christ, or the power of prayer and love to bring about peace.
I think Anne Coulter is right on the money. Those with different beliefs and worldviews may never agree--and there is no problem with that. There's no in between on some issues--e.g., abortion, slavery. I don't think Jesus was a "peace at any price" kind of guy--I have a vague recollection that he said his followers sometimes would be forced to be divided from their own families due to their differing beliefs. So, just stating one's beliefs is not hateful, especially when it is being done to try to correct a societal problem--in this case illegitimacy in the U.S.

I don't find Ann Coulter hateful- I belive she's honest, brave, and funny. She speaks the truth and truth often is divisive.
